Central Highlands Health Network Avoca is a fully QPA accredited General Practice located in the clinic building in front of the Old Avoca Hospital on Liebig Street.

We are open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in Avoca

Dr Dayani is available for appointments Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in person at the clinic as well as additionally via phone appointment only on Mondays. Cameron Ivchenko offers Physiotherapy and Sleep Medicine services and Kelly Rowlands is available for Continence Nursing and specialty wound care in Avoca on Tuesdays. Additional General Practice Services are available with Dr Adam Rouse on Wednesdays and with Dr Michael Veal on Thursdays. There is a practice nurse available on Tuesdays (Kelly Rowlands) and Thursdays (Staci Peters).
